Vampires

Strengths - The vampires on this site can run very fast. They can't turn invisible with speed, but they are faster than the average human. They are also stronger than the average human, but not ridiculously so. Their night vision is considerably better than a human's as are their sense of smell and hearing. Their fangs contain the vampirism virus and can be spread with a single bite if the victim isn't killed when fed upon. Vampires are also bloody hard to kill.
Weaknesses - Vampires cannot go out in the sunlight. Holy water burns them upon contact and can kill them if it enters the blood stream. Wooden stakes can kill them as well as decapitation and fire.
Prevention - Casso powder, (See the vocabulary section for details.) when spread around the foundation of a building, prevents them from entering it. They cannot cross it. Crosses have no affect on them whatsoever, nor does silver or running water.

Shapeshifters

Strengths - Their wolf form is their strength. In that form they have all the abilities of a wolf - a normal wolf, that is. These are NOT werewolves. They are human, then they are a wolf. No in between stage.
Weaknesses - They have all the weaknesses any living creature has. If you stab them, they will bleed; if you shoot them, they will most likely die.

Shapeshifters Who Have Been Bitten By a Vampire - Better Known as Werewolves

Strengths - Their strength lies once again with their wolf form, but now this form is ten times better. Not only do they have the strength, speed, and heightened senses of a wolf, but now they also have added benefits from the vampire blood. Their abilities are now greater and their wolf form looks more like that of a werewolf - infinitely bigger.
Weaknesses - Their human form is still their greatest weakness. However, now that vampire blood courses through their veins, they also share some weaknesses with their vampire cousins. While in their wolf form they can be killed by sunlight, decapitation, a wooden stake to the heart, and holy water in the blood stream. While in human form they are only weak in the same way other humans are - meaning they can indeed go out in daylight.
Prevention - Since they are part vampire, they are susceptible to the affects of Casso powder and cannot, therefore, cross it.
